The American Foundation Home Foundation inspection takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. And if you would like a written report, it is given at the time of the inspection.

If problems are noticed at time of inspection, the consultant or engineer will itemize the needed repairs and give you a cost factor on each problem area.
